How it works

We do the legwork.
You make the decisions.

A straightforward process, from the first conversation to your next vendor agreement.

01 / SHARE

Show us what you're spending.

We start with a conversation about your business, then review relevant invoices, contracts, and upcoming renewals.

02 / REVIEW & NEGOTIATE

Let us find a better deal.

We identify opportunities and negotiate with vendors on your behalf, considering both price and the service you need.

03 / APPROVE & SAVE

Keep more of what you earn.

You review and approve the recommendations. We help put agreed changes in place and track the resulting savings.

Aligned with your success

The incentive is simple:
save you money.

Good cost reduction starts with understanding what your business needs. We look for better terms, unnecessary charges, and opportunities to reduce spend while protecting the services you rely on.

You decide whether to stay with an existing vendor or consider an alternative. Nothing changes without your approval.

No savings.
No fee.

Our fee is 25% of the savings you realize during the first 12 months. You keep 75% during that period and all savings after it.

Vendor bills monthly

We invoice 25% of the actual savings each month for the first 12 months.

Save $1,000 in a month → our fee is $250.

Vendor bills annually upfront

We invoice 25% of the first year’s savings in one payment, after you pay the reduced annual renewal invoice.

Renewal drops from $20,000 to $16,000 → our one-time fee is $1,000.

Your vendor’s billing schedule determines ours. An annual contract paid monthly means monthly fees to us. No fee is due before the corresponding savings are realized.

Frequently asked questions

A few things worth knowing.

Clear answers before we take a closer look at your expenses.

How much does a review cost?

The initial review is free. If we deliver savings, our fee is 25% of savings realized during the first 12 months. No savings, no fee. We agree on the savings baseline and measurement before work begins.

When do we pay your fee?

If your vendor bills monthly, we invoice 25% of actual savings each month for the first 12 months. If you pay an annual renewal upfront, we invoice 25% of the first year’s savings once you pay the reduced renewal invoice. No fee is due before the corresponding savings are realized.

What if our contract is annual but we pay monthly?

Our fee follows your vendor’s payment schedule, not the contract length. An annual contract paid monthly means monthly fees to us for the first 12 months.

Do we have to switch vendors?

No. We can negotiate with your existing vendors and may recommend alternatives where appropriate. You choose whether to accept a recommendation. Nothing changes without your approval.

How do you measure savings?

Before negotiating, we agree on a baseline using your existing invoices and contract terms. We compare equivalent service levels and usage so a smaller bill caused by buying less is not automatically counted as negotiated savings.

What do you need to get started?

Start with a conversation about your business and the recurring expenses or upcoming renewals you want to review. We will then identify the relevant invoices and contracts. Please do not upload or paste confidential documents into the contact form.

What expenses can you review?

Software and IT, telecommunications, payment processing, facilities and maintenance, business services, and other recurring vendor expenses. Insurance is outside our service scope.

Can you guarantee savings?

No. Opportunities depend on your current rates, terms, usage, and vendor flexibility. If we do not deliver savings, you do not pay a fee.
